You'll receive a 4-week exercise plan with fun, small-group outdoor workouts in Lisbon, a workbook to master habit-building, and access to an accountability group for workout and nutrition support.
With expert feedback on your nutrition and a supportive community by your side, this program gives you everything you need to kickstart or refresh your healthy lifestyle after the summer.

We will exercise together five times a week at two convenient locations in Lisbon, at the same time, same place. With each session focused on a different area of fitness, you’ll stay engaged and progress steadily. Can’t make it? Don’t worry—you can still complete the sessions on your own.

Workout schedule
You can join either the morning or afternoon workout group, whichever fits your routine best. Each session has a different focus—boxing fitness, cardio, or strength training targeting upper body, core, and legs—keeping things fresh and effective. If you can't make it live, don't worry! We’ll send you an outline of the exercises, so you can complete them on your own and share your progress in our group chat.

How can I apply to the program?
You can apply by filling out the form. After submitting it, we’ll send you a few questions to get to know you better, along with the payment details. Once the participation fee is paid, your spot is secured. Before the program starts, we’ll schedule a phone call to discuss any health conditions or injuries to ensure we tailor the experience for you.
Is there any flexibility in the workout schedule?
Our workout schedule is set like a school timetable, with fixed session times. We recommend applying only if you can attend most sessions. If you miss a few, that’s okay! We’ll send you the workout outlines so you can complete them on your own. When you apply, you’ll choose either the morning or afternoon group, but switching between groups is only allowed a few times.
